Application Form: Interested candidates can download the application form from the institute’s website at https://hitms.edu.pk/careers/ or obtain it directly from the office of the Registrar.

Processing Fee:

• Teaching Faculty positions: Rs. 5,000 (non-refundable).
• Non-faculty positions: Rs. 3,000.
• Supporting staff: Rs. 1,000.

Submission of Application: Completed application forms, along with the required processing fee, supporting documents, and attested copies of degrees, certificates, photographs, and research publications (where applicable), must be submitted within fifteen days from the date of advertisement publication. Applications should be sent to the Registrar’s office at Hyderabad Institute for Technology & Management Science, located at the former Youth Hostel, Daman-e-Kohsar, Latifabad, Hyderabad.

Special Instructions:

Professor and Associate Professor applicants must submit five copies of their bio-data/CV.

Assistant Professor and non-teaching positions applicants must submit one copy of their bio-data/CV.

Government Employees: Applicants currently serving in government, semi-government, or autonomous bodies must apply through proper channels.

Age Limits:

General maximum age limit: 45 years, with exceptions for highly qualified candidates or government/semi-government employees.

For Registrar and Director Finance positions (three-year tenure), candidates up to 62 years may be considered.

For Professor in Computer Science and emerging disciplines, candidates up to 62 years may also be considered.

Multiple Applications: Candidates applying for multiple posts must submit separate applications and processing fees for each post.
